Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. Items must be in new condition with all tags and contents included.

How to Initiate a Return

  3. We will send you a return label and instructions via email.
  4. Pack the item securely and ship it back to us.
  5. Once we receive the item, we’ll process your refund or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Final sale items (marked as such)
  • Items used or damaged after delivery
  • Gift cards

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
